We are seeking a driven, strategic-thinking individual with solid project and account management experience to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage client relationships and work with our internal delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The ideal candidate will have outstanding project management and communication skills and can effectively collaborate with both external clients and internal teams.

- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as their primary point of contact
- Work with the internal delivery team to manage project workflows and ensure timely completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Participate in client meetings, providing regular updates on project progress and performance
- Analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and develop effective solutions and strategies for clients
- Manage client expectations and feedback, offering guidance and advice as needed
- Assign tasks with time estimations and monitor progress to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams
- Assist the Client Services Director in producing client QBRs and revising quarterly and annual strategy plans
- Attend internal status calls, creating contact reports listing key discussion points and follow-up actions
- Participate in weekly Client Services team meetings to stay informed about upcoming developments
- Attend weekly delivery team meetings to stay current with the latest channel developments
- Join monthly company meetings
- Stay up to date with industry trends and undertake relevant training to deepen your understanding of digital marketing trends
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance the client experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency providing SEO/PPC services; relevant experience will also be considered
- Robust project management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing and advertising principles
- Good understanding of data analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
