Native Level French Social Media Trainee

We are looking for an entry-level French speaking Social Media Trainee on a regular project basis (approximately 8 hours per week). The applicant will have a passion for marketing and social media but no previous experience is needed. This role is particularly suitable for students that want to gain working experience in marketing.

You will be working on various ad hoc tasks including writing copies for social media, scheduling social media posts, helping with email marketing campaigns, and other duties where required.

This is a work from home position and on freelance basis.

Key requirements

  • Assist in planning the monthly content calendar for both Instagram and Facebook
  • Assist in increasing Facebook and Instagram followers/likes
  • Lead with outreaching to influencers, such as giveaways, brand collaborations developing new relationships
  • Develop social media strategies in France by continually reviewing competitors and look for new ways to market the brand

Personal specification

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Be comfortable with video calls and outreach via social media, showing a willingness to contact influencers and brands
  • Entry-level marketing experience (suitable for students at the university)
  • The desire to continually learn and better yourself
  • The ability to have fun at work is essential
  • Be a team player - working with the social and PR team to deliver the best results for our clients
