As the Head of AI, you will develop and lead our AI strategy. With our key digital marketing delivery teams, you will coordinate the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance our marketing capabilities, improve client outcomes, and drive efficiency and business growth.   • Hours: Full Time
  • Salary: £50,000 – 70,000 + Benefits
  • Location: Leeds, typically 2-3 days in the office, but this can vary.

Main roles and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the agency’s overall business goals
  • Partner with our delivery teams to ensure AI adoption and get everyone onboard with the AI vision
  • Lead the integration & testing  of AI into existing workflows and processes
  • Oversee the identification, evaluation, and selection of AI-powered marketing tools and technologies
  • Monitor and measure the performance of AI initiatives and the financial impact of AI with the finance and operations teams
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AI solutions can enhance their marketing performance
  • Present AI-driven strategies and results to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure that AI tools used respect the boundaries of user privacy and function without inherent biases
  • Manage AI risks
  • Maintain a balance between business, human involvement and technology

Desired skills and experience

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies with a passion for the area
  • Technical proficiency in AI and data analytics 
  • Working knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other advanced AI techniques
  • Ability to lead successful AI initiatives 
  • Possess a deep understanding of the ethical and regulatory considerations associated with AI
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience and a good understanding of performance marketing
  • Passionate about driving innovation and change
  • Strong understanding of businesses and how AI can be used to improve a business’s bottom line
